JOIN THE FAMILY
Pandeli is run by a father and son duo who create authentic North Indian sauces. Their flavourful offerings include the famous Makhani sauce, also known as butter chicken sauce, which is based on a 58-year-old family recipe. The Panwar family began making it themselves after moving to the UK in the 1970s and missing the authentic tastes of Delhi.
